This backyard landscape makeover in Boynton Beach was for a newly built home in a new development. One of the first homes in a large new community.
The house has a small yard but a great rear waterview. The homeowner was missing their beautiful yard from their old home and wanted to have a comfortable tropical feel.
Our team designed the landscape, expanded the rear home patio, built in a new small paver area as shown here and a new screen room with a large ‘picture window’ that will be visible in other photos posted with this one of the work.
The backyard landscape makeover was to frame the rear water view, while also providing privacy from a neighbor on the patio side and a hammock area on the other. A goal was to make the landscape feel open and ‘airy’ but also lush and tropical. The finished project as the photos will show the effort to create a new ‘outdoor tropical room’ which we hope you will like.
This landscape was to provide shade for the seating area as well as for the screened in paver area off the back of the house. Color with a variety of blooms while a feeling that the house was built on a property that was beautiful already.
We are including several of the landscape photos of this project here with this one and hope you enjoy.
