This front yard landscape renovation had a few points of guidance in the scope and design which were a notable influence.
First and foremost is the desires and style choices of the homeowner. The house was built decades earlier with a large lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was benefitted by large, mature existing trees that helped to frame the yard and landscape that were desired to be kept.
The goal, to freshen up the look of the home, to show the house and make it a bit more visible while still keeping the privacy of the taller hedge by the entry way.
Color! Pops of color!
That was the request along with a request to work in turquoise glass to really mix in with stone coordinated plant leaf and flower blooming color.
Plant removals, sod replacement areas, soil amendments, stone work, irrigation adjustments, new planting design layout. Thankfully our client appreciated the final result and we hope you will too!
